Chances are 22 Jump Street is currently showing at a cinema near you. I don't often do movie reviews so when I do it means something has stuck out of the pack. This one earned bonus points for taking the piss out of itself as a sequel of a movie, originally based on a TV series that not everybody remembers. The end credits take the theme even further, and are worth the cost of admission alone.
And while I'm at it, blessed be the movie theatre owners in Singapore, for the cost of admission clocked in at about SG$10.50 (approx US$9), and a popcorn and coke added another SG$8. Try doing that in Australia and getting change from a fifty.
Also showing at the cinemaaaa are posters for a Jersey Boys movie, and a few other good looking ones around the corner. It's getting close to peak popcorn season.
